Yoh's GM Application

IGN: Since the server isn't released yet, I don't have one. my IGNs are planned to be Taiga or Kirito.

Why should you be part of the staff team?: I'd enjoy being a staff member here, at MapleTree because I want to be able to help as much as I can. I know I may be a bit young and all, but I know what to do as a staff member, to prove that I'm a good GM, or somewhat. I'm mature, and I'm quite active, very active to be precise.

How can you Help the Server?: I can help the server by being active, donating and finding rule breakers. Most of the MapleStory private server rules are pretty darn simple, and since I've been playing MapleStory private servers for a very long time now, I can basically master those rules. I can tell what's hacking or not, it's not a complicated process, it's simple for me. I don't really mind donating a few 100s of dollars, doesn't quite matter to me, I have enough for myself, I guess.

In what ways will hiring you benefit the community?: I can be a huge aide if I were to be a GM here. Like I've said previously, I'm highly active, and can spot rule-breakers, mostly hackers. I can GFX and NPC Script. Unfortunately, I am just good at NPC Scripting, and not GFXing. I'm still learning how to GFX, and code Java, but ohwells.

If two players are fighting, what will you do?: I don't go straight into action. I'll try talking it out with both of them, in a private map, or simply in a message. If it gets out of hand, I will try to break up the fight. If that doesn't work, I'll have to separate them, by jailing them for roughly 3-5 minutes. I will try to understand the situation and try to solve it.

You see a hacker, what steps do you take?: Simply go in Hide, warp to that person, take evidence (record video, it's accurate.), post on forums, and finally ban.

You spot a GM abusing powers, what will you do?: If a GM were to abuse it's powers, I would take evidence and show to the higher ranks, such as SGM or Admins. I would let them handle the situation there, since I am unable to ban/demote that person myself.

You get accepted as staff, what will you do first?: I wouldn't be get to exited, I would just get straight into my job and start as a newborn GM.

If you were an animal, what would you be?: Tigers because they're tigers. (:

Have you been a Staff member of another community?: Yes. EternalMaple, AspireMS, MapleRain. No proof, all in my old computer, all lost.

About yourself: I'm Asian, I live in Montreal (Just moved) and something. Im Korean/Japanese/Filipino/Canadian/American. Lots of stuff there. (Anim3x told me to ask Crypt and it wasn't obligated to apply, but I did if anyways.) I'm terrible at writing applications, tbh.

Dont ever post on forums where everyone can see it. It should only be seen by other staff. This way friends or people within the server dont try to help convince or influence a Gm/Moderator of innocence. Also so people dont see how he was "hacking" ect and want to try it themselves.

These are all points that i Would like to point out. These are my own Questions and or observations as i read your application. Its so you can improve on it in the future if you are rejected.
