Why should you be part of the staff team?:

I have a strong feeling that this server is going places, good places, places other servers of this version wish they could and I would like to be able to say "I was on the team that made this possible".

I would also like to offer my help to any other staff member if they need it regarding their position, I've been [HeadGM] a few times, so i'll happily help the current staff.

How can you Help the Server?:  I already have a few ideas for the server if you know how to code them, we can easily implement them A.S.A.P.

I'll implement and lay down the rules when needed, I'll be a huge help to those who require it and a pleasure to those who deserve it.

In what ways will hiring you benefit the community?:  I feel like this question is the same as the previous "How can you help the server" as I am applying  for Game-Moderator, by helping the players I'll be helping the server, same both ways.

If two players are fighting, what will you do?: Listen to both sides, take the appropriate action to sort it with the least amount of drama possible.

You see a hacker, what steps do you take?: (i'll go into detail on this one)

Hacker - I would instantly ban with a screen shot to prove my ban was needed in case of a Ban Appeal from the player.

Glitcher - I would report it to the admins to fix as soon as they can. I would then jail the player for abusing it, while taking what he gained from the glitch. Assure he would not do it again.

Scammer - I would jail both players, ask for proof. If proof was provided I would return the items scammed, ban the scammer for 3 days. If he continued to scam, I'd perm ban him. Simple.

You spot a GM abusing powers, what will you do?

Report it to an admin, with proof of course. As well as be a little disappointed that part of the team is abusing.

You get accepted as staff, what will you do first?: Log-on and start what I've been chosen to do.

If you were an animal, what would you be?: Polar bear, because they are beautiful, fluffy and I love the cold.

Have you been a Staff member of another community?:
(If yes, show proof [if possible] and names of servers)

I've been a GM on multiple Maplestory private servers, such as:

Rydah V75 [Intern] (Lasted a few weeks, had to leave due to school)
ArcaneMS [Intern] (Month, shut down due to nexon)
TranquilityMS (2 Months, Shut down due to funds)
QlimaxMS (3 Weeks, shut down due to funds)
SoulMS (1 week, shut down due to owner bailing)

(And many more, these are what comes to mind at the current time)

I have no proof of these, due to getting a new computer for my birthday from the family, take my word for it or let me show you myself how experienced I am.

I enjoy football, games, spending time with my girlfriend and family.

I'm a easy going guy, very competitive, I have a bit of an ego but its all in good fun, I love helping people and watching them smile.

I think this is a very poor application. There is nothing said within your application that would make me even consider wanting to have you on the staff team. The only thing this application is goof for is showing how to not make a application. We are not Rydah V75 or ArcaneMS. Throwing names around of servers does not help you here. So Far you having nothing to actually impress me that your capable to maintain the role as GM.

This is all my opinions of your application and has no impact on the choice made by the current staff.

"Throwing Around Names" Is exactly what I was asked to do in the question that they are part of the answer too...

I wouldn't mention them if not needed, please read the questions they ask before attempting to make a judgement.

Also, could you go into detail on what else you dislike, apart the answer I gave too one of the questions, which was quite honestly... exactly what I should have answered with. (:
