What do you look for in a server?

I am looking for a nice and friendly community and staff. It has to be a low rate server (10-15xexp / drop and gold doesn't really matter that much too me). All bosses should work so we can go in and kills some Zakum, Targa/scar(if they are there), horntail and so on. No super all in on shop and that kind of lame things, e.x: Onyx apples, stormglove, crystal ilbis and such, it just drags the game experience down in my opinion.
I'm trying to say that I want a low rate server that is really close to being the real GMS server. I played v62, v83 and I loved it so much. I really wanna get back to it

Now take what Don just said,and make it the opposite, and right as you think the rate cant increase any higher...make it higher.

good rates, no lag, decent community and present staff members.
I also like it when donators are not too OP for the regulars to compete.

Low rates, stable server, rates that doesn't change (10x is already high, higher than that is just lame).
